I have never had such a hard time reading anything as I did this! My heart just iaches after reading this and the saddness you must feel must be undescribeable! I remember the sobbing and hurt when I lost my first bunny to a raccoon. There was no consoling me. Believe me we were all hopeing for a different ending. Hopefully Magick will send you a baby to help mend that hole in your heart. I am going to go look at that wonderful quilt you made me for SP which hangs over our bed and know it was made by a person with a heart as big as the moon.

Oh Anne, I feel so badly for you. To have lost Magick so quickly, without any time to get used to the idea of her being gone; until she is. Maybe that is some small blessing in this; that you were proactive in the process, doing everything you could for her, without much forethought of the dread of her passing.
I'm sure she felt greatly loved by you and your DH; maybe there is no lesson, but love, for its own sake and in its own time. Let that be enough until another angel sent by Magick finds you (soon!).

Comforting hugs and bunny kisses,
Laura.

Yes, it was. But not everybody showed up with their bunnies. I had to leave our 4 bunnies at home. And, like other pets, not all bunnies automatically get along with all other bunnies.

Happy (belated!) Birthday to You! (ditto) Happy Birthday Dear Anne! ... Happy (belated) Birthday to Yoooooooooooooou! Ok, so it is quite a bit belated...in fact it has been so long since you updated, I wonder if you'll even see this?

Boo! You probably thought I was dead. :-) [I figure every few years we should go looking for each other, and this time it was my turn to use the internet to find you, since you did it last time.] Drop me a line sometime! Bye for now!!

Ah, the Redskins. Growing up in Carlisle, summer wasn't summer without an afternoon jaunt to Dickinson to watch the 'Skins practice. One summer I spent practically every afternoon swimming at the pool on campus (I was about 12) and it was quite funny to see the football players in the pool as well as the ballet dancers! A local teacher has a big ballet camp every summer and you'd see tiny little ballet dancers, hair always in tight buns, wearing leotards. Some wore the leotards in the pool -- i guess they didn't pack swimsuits!

Big large football players (2 in the pool would cause the water to spill over the sides) and tiny pale ballet dancers who would very daintily dip their toes in. Ah, the memories.
